As an authorised promoter of Administrate, Cluster Software will resell the Administrate platform to training companies and provide complementary professional services to drive adoption and return on investment.

Why?

This partnership was prompted by the successful adoption of Administrate within another Cluster company, Cluster Learning, and the complementary nature of the Administrate proposition and the Cluster Software offer.

Saving Time and Money

Exploring this history in a bit more detail, during 2012, Cluster Learning implemented Administrate software to run all of its back office functions. This allowed the company to migrate from an old database and various spreadsheets with many different processes, to one back office system with standardised processes, therefore saving time and money.

Becoming More Sales Led

The productivity and efficiency gains enjoyed resulted in Cluster Learning downsizing its Operations Team from four full time staff to two with greater operational accuracy and capacity. Surplus resource was redeployed to the sales department shifting the balance of the business to become more sales led and able to grow faster.

Taking Back Control of the Business!

In addition to the productivity and efficiency gains, Cluster Learning was given true visibility of its profitability, training course/event P&L and resource utilisation on a daily basis - for the first time. This was in stark contrast to having to wait for the accountants to report, many weeks later, on how good or bad the last month was! This empowered The Board to make more informed and timely business decisions and focus efforts on where it was needed to maintain and grow profitability.
